About this Townhome in Lower Lonsdale, North Vancouver

Last night I dreamt of the perfect home. It was beautifully renovated and filled with natural light. I tended my garden & enjoyed a morning coffee on the massive sun drenched patio, which offered beautiful views of the city & all in complete privacy. The dream continued... Before heading to work the next day, I decided to take a morning stroll to the Shipyards. The fresh ocean breeze filled my lungs & I felt immense gratitude for living in such a beautiful community. As I began to walk home, my thoughts were not about work. I was planning a party for my best friend & couldn't wait to fill my home with the wonderful energy that a party brings. The only troubling part of my dream was that I couldn't decide if I should keep the wood burning fireplace or convert it to gas. What would you do?
